Enzymatic Hydrolysis Process


Enzymes are proteins, RNA, or their complexes that catalyze specific chemical reactions. They are biological catalysts that can speed up the reaction by reducing the activation energy of the reaction, but do not change the equilibrium point of the reaction. The advantage of enzymatic technology is that it allows substances to decompose themselves through the catalysis of enzymes.

 

Process: The pressed cake and part of the protein water out from the press are ground by the pulverizer, and feed in the storing tank, and then sent to the beating machine to be pulped. The protein pulp is sent to the enzymatic hydrolysis tank through the grinding pump for high-temperature enzymatic hydrolysis, and then sent to linear vibrating sieve. Protein powder residue and protein water are sieved out and seperated to different equipment for processing. Protein powder residue feeds in dryer for processing. Protein water saves in protein water tank for storing, and then sent to dual-effect evaporator system by liquid pump for evaporation.
